The struggle is real

Hey, Blooms here,

There’s too much going on my head.

Being pulled this way with work and that way with family. Trying and find some time in between is ludicrous.

What good are we to anyone if we are a blithering mess in the corner? We can’t keep this up.

Pause for a moment. Let’s reclaim our time.

But, how?

Okay, let’s analyse our whole day, draw a pie chart! Open a new word doc, or just draw it on a piece of paper.

Draw out a circle that represents our 24 hours.

How many hours or what percentage is spent at work, domestic tasks, phone time, leisure time, family tasks, study and exercise? 

It’s a crap load!

Is your pie chart showing that your working too many hours at work over time?

Or maybe a surprising amount of time on the phone scrolling, or other tasks?

Lose yourself in yourself .

The contentment there is amazing

Reclaiming some time back, identify the time savers, will be huge for stress levels.

What are you into ? Write down the things that you love and lose yourself in, get that on your priority list.
