If you’ve ever lost something or someone, a person, a relationship…
It takes the time it needs to take.
Don’t let them tell you how it should feel or when you should be ‘over it’.
It’s ok to feel. It’s really scary, but don’t numb it out, it will still be there later :(
Allow it to run it’s course and you will change and grow despite it all.
Only we can help ourselves.
